EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
Private Tours - Volker Tillmann hereinafter referred to as “Volker Tillmann”
With my Order, I confirm that I am aware that I will be participating in activities in and around the Riviera Maya which can be sometimes dangerous, including but not limited to, spelunking, snorkeling and the viewing of wildlife from open boats.
With my Order, I fully understand and accept that my participation in activities, tours and excursions of any nature whatsoever shall be undertaken at my own risk.
With my Order I understand and accept that Volker Tillmann is not a “Tour Operator” but only a “Private Tour Guide” and therefore  not responsible in any way if I am injured or if my property is lost, stolen or damaged.
With my Order  I hereby waive and abandon any claim(s), which I or my dependents  may have, at any time, against Volker Tillmann arising out of, or in connection with, or as a result of, any loss of or damage to property owned by me, and/or that may arise in connection with, or as a result of, my death, or injury to myself, in the, or as a consequence of my participation in activities, tours, and excursions of any nature whatsoever.
With my Order I hereby indemnify, hold harmless and absolve Volker Tillmann against and from any or all claims whatsoever which  may arise in connection with, or as a result of, any loss of or damage to property owned by any of my family members; and/or  may arise in connection with, or as a result of, the death of or injury to any of my family members, in the course of participation in activities, tours and excursions of any nature whatsoever.

Travel Insurance:
Participants must have adequate travel insurance, including ‘adventure activities’. This insurance must cover death, personal accident, medical expenses, air ambulance, air rescue, loss of effects, repatriation costs, and all other expenses, which may arise as a result of death, loss, damage, injury, delay, inconvenience occurring to the participant. When obtaining travel insurance, the participant must inform the insurer of the type of travel to be undertaken, especially when “adventure activities” are included in the trip. It is also highly recommended that all passengers take out trip cancellation insurance to cover any possible losses incurred by the mishaps of chance.

Publicity:
You give permission for Private Tours to use images (including still and video) of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.

Credid Card charges
Credit card charges are entered immediately after the reservation.
Customers who dispute a  credit card charge by filing chargeback notice with their credit card companies will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee (per chargeback notice) also if the chargeback is ruled in the favor of Volker Tillmann by the financial institution.
